Any contact form plugin without a WordPress Pro upgrade?

Sounds like you're on wordpress.com - on that platform, you need to pay to play. If you look at wordpress.org you'll find the software to download and install yourself and then use whatever plugins you need.
Need website suggestion to upload my blog

WordPress.org. WordPress has the tools to make a custom website/blog without much difficulty. You can use YouTube to learn how to set it up. You would also need to get a host for it. I recommend siteground.
Self-hosted portfolio of projects website - any recommendations? (ghost/grav/statamic/other?)

My first thought would be lampp + wordpress with a portfolio like theme from wordpress.org. Adding new projects would be like adding new blog posts with images and details.
This is a screenshot from the intern(2015) which is shown to be building a responsive and interactive website about fashion. What do you think about the code shown on the screen?

But everything else can come from a fresh wordpress.org download.
Wix vs. Squarespace vs. other for portfolio site

Wordpress: It's free, flexible, and all yours on whatever hosting provider you choose - that's usually available as a one-click install within the hosting but you could install manually if you wanted. Since you're not paying for a brand that's connected to it's hosting services, your costs will ultimately be a lot cheaper. Wordpress is a nonprofit. The upside to that is you can take your website anywhere, download a copy of your entire site as a backup, change hosting providers, whatever. There's also a gigantic community, wordpress has been the absolute behemoth in the CMS space for many years, with little real competition from wix or squarespace. If you want to, you could install Serverpress on your computer and create any number of experimental test sites. Or just get cheap hosting and start playing around - I like InMotion Hosting for their cheap plans, free SSL, and excellent US-based customer support.
wordpress.org no longer recognizes my email.

I have a website hosted by wordpress.org. 100% confident I know what email i used to create the account. I saved the login email on a note, and that same email has a message from a wordpress plugin I installed on my webpage. Is there anyway to recover an accout?
Modern Events Calendar Lite removal - reason

I rarely tend to go outside the wordpress.org directories for plugins/themes because of malware. Anyone can register a domain, download most popular plugins and add malware, offer them all for free or cheaper prices. Which does happen.
Lodge Website Ideas

My preference is to use Wordpress, since it makes it pretty easy to keep the site updated on a regular basis and requires a minimum amount of web-fu. Site templates for Wordpress are very easy to find. You have to find a provider to host the site, but it's not that difficult.

It doesn't even use proper mysql database drivers. What looks like prepared statements, for example, are not.
