Need guidance for developping GTK4 + Libwaita apps
When I started I used Relm4 right away and I managed to create Done, so, it’s fairly easy to learn.

Done by Eduardo Flores (I love it but it is still at a very early stage of development) and Collision by GeopJr (I don't use it bc I don't need it yet, but it is installed just in case)

How to structure a project when using PyGObject ?
For a simple general project layout I suggest creating the project with Gnome Builder as it will configure a lot of things for you. As for an example projects take a look at this awesome list of all sorts of GTK projects https://github.com/valpackett/awesome-gtk.
