Apple now allows retro game emulators on its App Store
Dolphin ships with a bunch of keys in the source code[0]. So do almost every other emulators for any console from 6/7th gen consoles (ps3, xbox360, gamecube), see delroth's post on the matter here[1]. It's really not that simple - jurisdiction matters a lot, and also Nintendo's own priorities.

Rokid Max Review and Many Tips
Though these consoles did not support stereoscopy originally, the Dolphin emulator can add it and output SBS. My experience was a bit mixed. Your mileage may vary.

Am I the only one tired of the remakes?
You install Dolphin emulator, go into settings and make a folder for your games where it says "directory", and then you just stick your game in the folder. That's pretty much all there is to it, that's why I think Dolphin is the best emulator.

Local Co-op Action RPGs on PC
Platform: Gamecube. The remaster scrapped the local co-op entirely (booo). This one is a bit tricky but works perfectly once setup properly in Dolphin.

Issues with bluetooth controllers
Yea, the A and B buttons get picked up but that's about it, I've stumbled upon a supposed solution that bypasses XInput https://github.com/weihuoya/dolphin/releases. Meta also made a reply to someone else suggesting that pairing the controller through the meta app would fix it. Once my headset charges I'll try both and update this.

Citra mmj for 3DS and Dolphin mmj for GameCube and Wii. I highly recommend you check out r/EmulationOnAndroid That's where I learnt most how to emulate. Also Youtube vids here and there for settings and optimizations.
