How to show my Github pages website on Google search?
Both the Jekyll SEO tag installation steps and the first step seems to require some Gemfile which I don't have. I tried to look it up and found this and this regarding having a GitHub pages repo without a Gemfile, but I could not follow how to properly get one.

Game crashes within 10 seconds of launching unless I reinstall from scratch
From a quick search, here's what I found. Meta releases open source Intermediate Graphics Library which runs on top of Vulkan, Open GL, or Metal on multiple operating systems
Vulkan is an alternative to DX which isn't MS-proprietary. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a Vulkan implementation for windows which uses DX under the hood, just as dxvk is a DX implementation that uses Vulkan under the hood.
