Login error when using Google OAuth with dj-rest-auth. Getting "redirect_uri_mismatch" error but the callback url seems to be configured correctly
I've followed the documentation: https://dj-rest-auth.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html
Not sure if this is related but someone else was having the same issue and in the Github Issues thread people mentioned that the callback URL needed to be decoded, but there is no explanation about it. https://github.com/iMerica/dj-rest-auth/issues/220

Django REST Framework and JS Framework (React here) authentication.
Right now, I'm using dj-rest-auth for Token based authentication. I store token in the localStorage. Earlier I was using djoser for adding auth in the project (I wrote article about my approach with djoser).

Best option for "Login with Google" Auth: OAuth2, Firebase, dj-rest-auth??
I'm trying to implement Google Login as my user auth model in my DRF project. However, I haven't found much discussion going on in this subreddit. From what I've researched, there seem to be three main options: OAuth2, Firebase, and dj-rest-auth.

Vue + Django REST Framework - authentication
I use dj-rest-auth , which is based on django-allauth. Setup was not hard, I took the idea from https://wsvincent.com/ tutorials. Social auth also can be configured through it, which is a good additional option to have.

Yes it's possible, depends on what you want to do/how involved you want vue to be. you can add vue directly in a script tag if you want super simple(https://vuejs.org/v2/guide/installation.html#Direct-lt-script-gt-Include) or you can get as complex as using vue to to run a SPA and webpack (https://github.com/EugeneDae/django-vue-cli-webpack-demo)

SPA With Django
https://github.com/EugeneDae/django-vue-cli-webpack-demo To run this project first start the django server with manage.pyrunserver, then navigate to the client directory, run npm install and then npm run serve. If you navigate to the index page you'll see Vue running on the frontend.
