dj-database-url VS django-rest-framework

dj-database-url: for connecting to various databases

Is there any .NET framework with similar/same out-of-the box functionality as Django, particularly Django REST Framework.

I've never really worked with Django, but I know it can be used to build normal RESTful services (I think with https://github.com/encode/django-rest-framework), and deploying them is not very different from deploying anything else.

for those wishing to use http3 with a Python web framework, the ASGI hypercorn[1] currently supports it.
