Is there a plugin to create a shortcode for strings of text? All the plugins I saw seem to be for emojis only?
I use an awesome free open source program called Espanso. It's not an Obsidian plugin, but what makes it great is that it can be used not just in Obsidian but in every app on your computer. I'd recommend checking it out.
