Is there a way to pull PC volume level to arduino HID
You have some alternatives. For one you may look into the Deej sources, it uses python to manipulate the volume level of different apps/devices so maybe it's a good starting point.

Trying to interact with audio volume on windows with windows-rs
As the title says i've been trying to change volume of audio endpoints based on a serial connection via an arduino (sorta like https://github.com/omriharel/deej, but there are also buttons involved for macros and a ui via tauri). I've been experimenting with the windows-rs package to get it to work myself but i can't. can somebody link an example for this sort of functionality or a already made project with this sort of functionality?

I think I fixed my GMK spacebars with my 3D printer
The macropad is based off of Deej. There are a ton of remakes of it, so I made one for myself. The knobs are for volume on different programs.

Arduino volume control for windows?
Another route (the one I'm taking) is to build the software yourself. For mine, I'm using Csharp and cscore so I can control the exact functionality I want. This gets really complicated if you are new, so I'd only take this route for a specific reason.

I've created a funky marble
In this case I'm not using an audio source. I'm listening to the desktop audio. This is possible with the LoopbackAudio script from this repository. It uses the CSCore library for that.
