Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Aaaah, you mean something like a visual novel such as DDLC? If so, there's this engine made for those kind of games called Ren'Py I've heard of not long ago (official website/www.renpy.org/)

It looks like there is something missing from the Renpy SDK I would re-download it from https://www.renpy.org/ and try again
