Looking for a selfhosted time tracking software for small business around 10 employees
A few days ago I found https://github.com/eporsche/daybreak . Unfortunately, the development seems to have dried up, there is no real documentation and it is only in german (no real problem for me, because I am german myself). Some parts of it are also very buggy. I have fixed a few things in my fork, but unfortunately I don't know PHP very well. However, if you can tolerate a few bugs, or if you are more familiar with PHP, this is the best I could find so far.

Ask HN: What are good self hosted time tracking software for consultants?
I’ve been using Kimai [1] for a bit over a year to track my freelancing work for various clients as well as the work I do for my own projects. I can definitely recommend it!
It's easy to install and very pleasant to use for tracking time.
Entries have an "exported" flag to mark if you've already billed for a certain hour or not. You could also generate invoices directly from Kimai but I'm not using that feature because I'm creating my invoices in another program.

Searching for a basic Time-Tracking Application in Laravel
Don't know one in Laravel, but Kimai (https://github.com/kevinpapst/kimai2) is php-based. I use it for weekly time entry as it has a form for this. Also has good reports etc.

Tracking time and convert into money
Use a time-tracker like Kimai (https://github.com/kevinpapst/kimai2), add persons like clients, and have the pool tables as activities. Then use in-built timer to start/stop for each activity.
