The Onyx Programming Language
I broadly agree, but I kinda take issue with the languages you chose to compare it to. All three of those bring unique things to the table, and have sizable communities. If Onyx ever reached the level of one of these, it would be a success, not a failure. Right now, it seems to be on the level of an ambitious and well documented side-project. Hell, when searching for the project's repo I found another Onyx language which seems to have had a larger community and more to offer before it died.
What are some alternatives?
