This add-on is based on Sebastian Lucas' COPS, updated to work with PHP8.

Help with reading a book
Sounds also like a nice approach too. For me personally an overkill as I only want to copy and read the book I am currently studying. My (calibre) library is synced between my servers and accessible via cops if I really need to search/download a book on the go.

Has Calibre started supporting network drives yet?
On the Synology, a third program called COPS serves out the books and the web pages, so anyone in my family can browse them. COPS is an alternative to Calibre's built-in Content Server, because I turn off my laptop when I am not using it -- but the Synology is always on. https://github.com/seblucas/cops

Looking for a service to test my employees on security threats.
For phishing you can look for a company that offers security awareness training or run your own phishing campaign. There are FOSS tools out there that you can use to run a phishing campaign like King Phisher. As for the fake data breach that is getting into TTX territory. There are infosec companies out there that you can hire to develop and run table tops for you.
What are some alternatives?
