Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

The Pocket Guide to Debugging
I recently discovered the joy of abstracting away time. I write a lot of software in Go for work. This library, https://github.com/benbjohnson/clock, provides a Clock interface that can be used for creating either clocks with the same interface as the standard "time" module, or to create a mock clock that increments to the next tick on any and all tickers defined in the app. It really makes unit tests go faster, though it can be tricky to get the code right.

Function parallel game engine?
Continuous time domain smells of FRP. Running systems at different rates is basically what's rhine brings to the FRP table.
What are some alternatives?
nix-diff - Explain why two Nix derivations differ
reflex - Interactive programs without callbacks or side-effects. Functional Reactive Programming (FRP) uses composable events and time-varying values to describe interactive systems as pure functions. Just like other pure functional code, functional reactive code is easier to get right on the first try, maintain, and reuse.
system-posix-redirect - A toy module that allows you to temporarily redirect a program's stdout.
reactive-thread
xmobar - A minimalistic status bar
Yampa - Functional Reactive Programming domain-specific language for efficient hybrid systems
scp-streams - An SCP protocol implementation
reactive-bacon - FRP (functional reactive programming) framework inspired by RX and Iteratee
teardown - Composable, idempotent & transparent application resource cleanup sub-routines
reactive-banana - Library for functional reactive programming in Haskell.
unix-compat - Haskell portable POSIX-compatibility layer
essence-of-live-coding-gloss - Universal Live Coding & Functional Reactive Programming Framework
