[ALBW] Nintendo should consider making their own emulators for older systems then offering their own collection through a dedicated store.

But if you've already decided against that and the physical capture card you're only remaining option is https://citra-emu.org/ which is a windows 3DS emulator, you can just record the window with OBS (or whatever screen cap software you prefer). Citra has pretty good compatibility but I can't guarantee every game works.
It's time to renew 3DS emulation: We're back!

Yuzu is not developed by the same team. Some of the moderation staff carried over but there isn't much overlap in the dev teams aside from bunnei, and lioncache who mostly does code review and cleanup.https://github.com/citra-emu/citra/graphs/contributorshttps://github.com/yuzu-emu/yuzu/graphs/contributors?from=2017-12-18&to=2022-05-03&type=c5 projects | reddit.com/r/emulation | 3 May 2022

This PC port likely makes use of the decompilation project of TLoZ: OoT, which requires the user to provide a ROM by themselves so the visual and audio assets can be dumped out of it in order to complete a build.

In this instance, it seems he's once again copied another repository (the main git repo for the oot decompilation or another fork of it, by the looks of things), attempted to obfuscate that by failing to do a proper fork and rewriting the readme, and stuck on a license that doesn't even apply. This isn't the first time he's done as much; he's stolen from two different NSP installers (package installers for hacked Switch consoles) in the past and tried to pass them off as his own work. For someone with a criminal record like his I'm not surprised that he still fails to understand how these things work, but I'm disappointed people still choose to associate with him.
