Use a framework or build from scratch?
I am working on a freelance project where the client wants to build a messaging/social application similar to WhatsApp. I am the only developer working, so I will be building it all, singlehandedly. In the application, for the chat module, should I implement a third-party framework like the Chat SDK (https://github.com/chat-sdk/chat-sdk-ios) or write the code for the view and the functionality entirely from scratch?
