Welcome to Bypass Paywalls Chrome Clean
FWIW I am happy that magnolia1234 forked iamadamdev's repo. I wanted to report that barrons.com is not working with the original repo (https://github.com/iamadamdev/bypass-paywalls-chrome). But I could not. https://github.com/iamadamdev/bypass-paywalls-chrome/issues/... was giving the following notice.
An owner of this repository has limited the ability to open an issue to users that have contributed to this repository in the past.
barrons.com worked out of the box with the new repo (https://gitlab.com/magnolia1234/bypass-paywalls-chrome-clean).
It was MIT licensed until April 2020: https://github.com/iamadamdev/bypass-paywalls-chrome/commit/...
I don't know exactly when they forked, from the issue it looks like November 2020, so the portion of code that was unlicensed might just be their own contributions?
What a weird, overly-confrontational message from the fork's author! No need to call someone publishing work for free lazy, ignorant, not the sharpest tool in the shed etc.
Plus, the original repository isn't even licensed https://github.com/iamadamdev/bypass-paywalls-chrome . So magnolia1234 probably forked it illegally after copying the name (although it seems like iamadamdev doesn't mind too much).
If there's a basically what amounts to a harassment/spam campaign against iamadamdev on his own repo, no wonder the original author is not a fan of the drama and deletes irrelevant issues.

July 2023 - Another crazy month for Reddit
I think you are right about it being a cache issue. I wonder if it is related to this: https://github.com/tachiyomiorg/tachiyomi/issues/8827

Solo Farming
I don't use it, but if you're on android look into downloading Tachiyomi. Lots of people recommend it on this subreddit and it looks pretty customizable. It can pull from the different manga websites out there I believe.

extension system on dotnet
Is there a way to implement an extension/plugin system like Tachiyomi in dotnet? Fyi, it is a manga reader app on Android by web scraping. Usually, manga website are built using common WordPress theme. So tachiyomi extension only needs to define the CSS selector and related data once and create the apk for each website to be installed. I don't really understand Android development, but I find these systems interesting, so if any website changes, it doesn't need to update the whole app but only the extension.
