After reading the testing blog on RevenueCat, I realized that it was an entire SaaS solution for in-app subscriptions and is genius.

Subscriptions in an iOS app
In my experience, you should almost never try implementing subscriptions by yourself, because it’s time-consuming and tedious. It's much faster and safer to just use a off-the-shelf solutions, like Adapty.io or RevenueCat.
