Let's code a TCP/IP stack
Yes. I found it was quite possible to code up TCP/IP from scratch for my own tiny (arguably toy) bare metal environment here https://github.com/billforsternz/bmz

The Holy Trifecta - TinyGo Microcontroller, Go backend, Gopherjs frontend
The whole net package is pretty much 95% unsupported right now. I've been working on a low level replacement for hosting a http server on a microcontroller over here https://github.com/soypat/ether-swtch. It's still a work in progress but I've been able to host a http server that lets you turn on and off an LED on an Arduino UNO.
