It's known issue, the fix to set ulimitNofiles to an empty string:

On GITHUB the defaults file has logging enabled https://github.com/docker-library/rabbitmq/blob/master/3.13-rc/alpine/10-defaults.conf in both the Alpine and Ubuntu image. Look to rebuild.

Looks like this one: https://github.com/docker-library/rabbitmq/blob/cefa168001245c0d4a8af8aae988bbe5506bb03f/docker-entrypoint.sh#L418 but from your post I don’t see where you’ve overridden the CMD or ENTRYPOINT so I’m not sure what’s going on for you. I don’t think you should have to change anything, but just to debug what’s going on, I would try setting “command” and/or “args” like this https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/generated/kubernetes-api/v1.19/#container-v1-core and see if you can learn what it’s doing.
