- is there an adblocking dns with machine learning ? since using a fixed blacklist seems way too obsolete in 2023 with ads domains spawning like crazy. i am using nextdns currently it supports dis and many more

Other than DESKTOP none of the other devices are mine but they are still showing up. This is the first time I am facing such an issue.
Just delete that profile (not your account) and create a new one. You can backup and restore your setting with https://github.com/hjk789/NXEnhanced/

Would you pay for NX Enhanced?
If the features (listed here)[https://github.com/hjk789/NXEnhanced/issues], plus others, were implemented in a paid pro version and an Android app, would you buy it? How much would you pay? How acceptable you consider a monthly/yearly payment?
- Most TLDs are not needed, NextDns should have option in web GUI to block all TLDs so you can enable the few you actually use: com, net, org, io + some country specific TLDs

Leaving NextDNS for Adguard
The NXEnhanced plugin gives you virtually all the features you mention in your post. Not sure why you haven't already installed it, NXEnhanced has been mentioned in these parts 100's of times.

This extension is pretty amazing. https://github.com/hjk789/NXEnhanced Unfortunately it’s not possible to use on iOS/iPadOS but on other platforms is extremely helpful
