I am tired of seeing remote opportunities but only within certain countries. So, I made this site to curate completely location-independent jobs from various sources. It now has around 400 work from anywhere job opportunities.
https://github.com/italiaremote/awesome-italia-remote is a similar project. Ultimately, I think until (if they do this at all) the job search sites catch up on this (e.g. require proper metadata)... community curated local projects are the way to go.

Remote job for other EU country while in Italy
If you haven't already, check out the awesome-italia-remote list. It's all companies that can hire from Italy, some are going to require a P.IVA (any contract job basically) but there are many that can hire you full-time, meaning fewer headaches (no commercialista) and taxes (if you earn more than 65k).

Goravel, Web framework inspired from Laravel in Golang
AFAIK, no. There are some helper frameworks [1], but none of them is dominant. Two possible reasons: it's quite easy to write a (web) service with the library functions (it even includes a gzip stream), and it's practically impossible to write an ORM framework like you have in Java and Python, so the Go frameworks I've seen are basically a bunch of helper functions.

It's so easy to learn
The more that I think about it, the more that I have to agree that it is quite a use case language. Obviously Go can be and is used for many different things (https://github.com/avelino/awesome-go) but it really shines in backend/devops, clearly because it was designed for it. But of all the "use case" languages, I think Go is the most versatile.
