Anyone interested in a FOSS mobile assistant?
Most assistants out today are handicapped by closed source software, invasive data collection, and inflexibility. Digital assistants could be powerful and useful tools that help users accomplish their goals. However, they would need to be customizable, and open source so the user could trust their assistant with sensitive data while knowing that it's not being misused. That is why I have worked diligently to create the Sapphire Framework an assistant and toolset built to empower the user.

Linux for Dex Alternative
Hello! I am currently developing a FOSS Google Assistant, but a DeX alternative is my next project in mind (still a long ways off though). Some of the challenges you face involve the lack of a mainline kernel on Android, and restricted access to hardware components (such as the USB ports).

FOSS Assistant in a Pre-Alpha Status. APK on GitHub
I posted a while back about my project the Sapphire Assistant Framework which an open source mobile assistant for Android, and I am happy to say quite a lot of progress has been made. Since a lot of people expressed interest in this project, I wanted to keep the community posted on its progress.
Other thing is, I'd love to try this out myself. Landing on github page hits me with a wall of modules. Most of which are alien to me. I fully understand early nature of this project, but simple start here to do X could be of help. Glossary is helpful enough but on i already grasp this project level.

AI chatbot for only chat without a purpose?
So, this is not quite what you are looking for, but you may still be interested. I'm working on a mobile assistant for Android, which will heavily integrate into a chatbot. Here's the link: https://github.com/Tadashi-Hikari/Sapphire-Assistant-Framework.

Apps with voice control
I have been working on something just for this, and I am almost ready to throw an Alpha APK on my github (https://github.com/Tadashi-Hikari/Sapphire-Assistant-Framework). It's designed to be modular (like Linux, or Android) and customizable. The STT, natural language processing, and the like all work, I'm just formalizing the protocol between modules, the documentation, and writing an example app for Termux, Tasker, Mycroft and native Android.
What are some alternatives?
Simple-Gallery - A premium app for managing and editing your photos, videos, GIFs without ads
QP-Gallery-Releases - QuickPic Gallery Mod
termux-tasker - Termux add-on app for integration with Tasker.
