Use more complex 3rd party frontend library/framework (popular ones are React, Vue, Angular, Svelte) with ASP.NET Core WebAPI backend. Choice depends on your use-case and/or personal preference, they all have their strengths and weaknesses. Usually there is a choice of component libraries that can help you composing your UI (e.g. Chakra, MUI, Angular Material, etc.).
