Ok I found out that mediainfo does not always correctly identify DTS:X tracks. See this issue in mediainfo's github: https://github.com/MediaArea/MediaInfo/issues/422

Why does "Unknown (Closed Captions)" show if there are only external subtitles?
That makes sense, someone opened an issue about EIA-608 subtitles not showing up in MediaInfo almost two years ago, but there hasn't been any official response.

This issue is about getting official armv7h / aarch64 builds published so that hotio can include them, I assume after they do it we can bring to lsio's attention too.
