All music shows up in Refix, but you can't choose folder. You shouldn't change anything in airsonic-advanced. If you are using Nginx proxy manager, just add a new host for refix. I would recommend checking out airsonic-refix. I switched to it maybe a month ago and it works well. It is definitely limited but it's the best compromise I've found so far.

I've also used airsonic-frontend to stream on my laptop. Are you aware of clients that allow browse by tag mode to be set? Gonic is great and I'd rather use it than airsonic as it's so lightweight.
