Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.

Title. Is it possible? I've seen this plugin for zsh pop up in my feed: https://github.com/desyncr/auto-ls, which lets you do it and thought it would be nice to have the same in fish :)
