I don't remember downloading a vibranium body armor mod.
ACE medical issue. It breaks whenever a gear item has a passThrough value of 0.1 or lower in its hitpoints config. It's kind of a huge issue since many modded vests and even a few vanilla ones fall into that range and are completely broken because of it. It's been reported for a while now...
