Are there any youtube downloader websites that use yt-dl / yt-dlp for backend?
There are a few options. So far, I kinda like the way YoutubeDL-Material looks. If you're using an unRaid server, there's even a docker app you can run without configuring anything.

I've had a look at youtubedl-material, and it hasn't been updated for a while. is there anything else? Can someone confirm it does everything youtube-dl cli does?

I self-host an instance of YoutubeDL-Material and it works great most of the time. Nice frontend UI for youtube-dl.

SOS on Total Biscuits youtube channel. Possibility that all of his videos are scrubbed to try and prevent AI voice training.
I've been using https://github.com/Tzahi12345/YoutubeDL-Material. Seems to work pretty well.

Moving full time to Plexamp
I highly recommend Lidarr for organization/naming of your library. It's usually associated with piracy, but I just use it to maintain my self-ripped library and ensure that Plex has no issues discovering all my media.

Lidarr (Music): https://github.com/Lidarr/Lidarr Lidarr can also pull down new album releases for artists, but that's something I usually have turned off (the artists I love I buy the CD for anyway).
