    Yeah, people certainly do come up with programming languages that don't use mostly-english-origin keywords sometimes, but they do tend to remain niche novelties / gimmicks. There is e.g. a programming language with all Irish-based keywords (including use of the mildly non-ascii vowel accents needed for irish) and to an extent grammar (Irish is a VSO natural language in contrast to English SVO or Japanese SOV).
