Kshift - KDE Theme Shift
This is light-weight alternative to Koi and Ying-Yang. The main difference is in its simplicity and customization of a bash script. It includes a home directory variable file when installed, which can add functionality but also just holds values such as the sunrise delay. Installation is simple and no downloads are needed other than the script.

How close can you get Ubuntu’s UI to be like Mac OS?
For now Itchy and Moe Themes are my two favorites. I use Yinyang to change from light theme to dark theme. You can downloaded it here

Auto Light/Dark Themes?
Yin-Yang
-
Looks familiar to me ;)
I know about Koi, Yin-Yang, AutomaThemely, Plasma Theme Switcher and the widget I was talking about in last comment, Dynamic global themes. Once I even made a very poorly written and simple script to toggle KDE global themes, gtk themes, konsole colorscheme etc all at once and it barely works but I want to see an officially supported toggle to allow Auto Day/Night theme change in System Settings.
- Switching to breeze dark for dark theme and breeze light for light theme. Is this the actual way of switching between light and dark theme? Is there no toggle?

An option I guess lots of people are looking forward to...
YinYang: https://github.com/oskarsh/Yin-Yang
- Suggest a global theme that has light and dark version
- Is there any way to have an auto dark mode?

This week in KDE: Accent colors!
Just to add more choice, I made a little Python script called LightHouse to change Plasma theme, GTK Theme, VSCode theme, Konsole profile and Wallpaper. It does not come with a GUI as I prefer to keep things simple, I usually bind it to a custom shortcut like Shift + Alt + d(ark) or Shift + Alt + l(ight).
What are some alternatives?
kde-theme-toggle - Scripts to toggle KDE Plasma Global Theme between user chosen Light and Dark themes including Konsole ColorSchemes and GTK themes
themix-gui - Graphical application for generating different color variations of Oomox (Numix-based) and Materia (ex-Flat-Plat) themes (GTK2, GTK3, Cinnamon, GNOME, Openbox, Xfwm), Archdroid, Gnome-Color, Numix, Papirus and Suru++ icon themes. Have a hack for HiDPI in gtk2. Its Base16 plugin also allowing a lot of app themes support like Alacritty, Emacs, GTK4, KDE, VIM and many more.
Koi - Koi - Theme scheduling for the KDE Plasma Desktop
debian-mate-themes - Shameless ripoff of Ubuntu Mate themes. Customized to fit Debian
KdeAutoThemeSwitch - Switch between Preconfigured Light/Dark themes to Dark/Light themes.
Yin-Yang - Auto Nightmode for KDE, Gnome, Budgie, VSCode, Atom and more [Moved to: https://github.com/oskarsh/Yin-Yang]
Mousai - Identify songs in seconds
BreezeX_Cursor - extended KDE cursor.
WDD-themes - Community submitted themes for WinDynamicDesktop
gnome-dns-switcher - Gnome appindicator (toolbar icon) tool to switch between different DNS servers
Deluge-theme-changer - Small python based app to change the default theme of Deluge
