I find XBackBone to work pretty well. It also integrates nicely with ShareX or Screencloud, making uploading from your desktop even easier.

XBackBone is pretty nice for something self-hosted. Imgur is a nice and free imagehosting site. You can also check the awesome selfhosted list for more FOSS that may fit your requirements better.
