What are causing these bumps in my print? The only thing different about the print is that I had to change the filament half way through.

Cura 5.3.1 won't fill the shell on part of the print, instead has exposed infill
Looks like coasting is turned on. You may want to turn it off, but you also may want to understand the setting. Read this article from the Settings Guide plugin: https://github.com/Ghostkeeper/SettingsGuide/blob/master/resources/articles/experimental/coasting_enable.md

Why does Cura only print this top part of my .obj?
Might be a non-manifold mesh, might be walls that are too thin to print. https://github.com/Ghostkeeper/SettingsGuide/blob/master/resources/articles/troubleshooting/missing_parts.md
- Rugged surface across the whole print
- Help! Cura will not slice my 3d model correctly.
- Gaps between perimeter and the infill
- i am trying to print this model wheel i made, idk why is cura infilling whole wheel even with 0% infill and no supports, why is this happening ? i see that it says some errors in model but what errors?
- why is cura failing to slice a very simple object?

Line height difference problem
See this article for an explanation: https://github.com/Ghostkeeper/SettingsGuide/blob/master/resources/articles/experimental/adaptive_layer_height_enabled.md

Problem with slicing. As seen below my geometry looks fine, but when sliced there's a big open gap that gets filled with supports. Anyone know what could be causing this??
In addition to what /u/Asterchades says, here's an explanation of why an "uneven number of walls" is a problem for a slicer: https://github.com/Ghostkeeper/SettingsGuide/blob/master/resources/articles/troubleshooting/missing_parts.md
