Question: does someone knows trustworthy leds strip of 20m (~66’) which can be connected to a google home?

If you're down for something a little more involved you could use generic LED tape and connect it up to something like WLED, but you would need to use a home automation server like Home Assistant.

Addressable LED Outdoor Lights with Warm White + Color

Ground, 5V, data, 120V hot 120V return are the 5 wires. I am controlling white by sending the digital command to set the white led on the board. it rides along with the red, green, and blue commands in each data packet send down the data wire at about 50 times a second. WLED in the source code when you select those chips automagically adds the white channel. and adds a slider to the bottom of the RGB color picker called "white" when I control it vis the programming api I simply send that channels value. details on controlling the white channel are in the WLED help information at https://kno.wled.ge/

I am trying to make this more 'intelligent' and I have been following the instructions here to download, modify and build my own custom copy of WLED. Having done that though, the only change I can see is that when I press Info within WLED's GUI, I have a new option called Staircase that I can enable/disable.

I’ve recently been building a lot of things with little esp32 microcontrollers running tasmota or ESPhome. It’s really easy and can be really point and click with HA integration.
Systems keeps resetting (boot mode 2) and changes flash each time down by 1. Any idea what is happening? It was working fine before I powered it off over the weekend.

Does anyone make a light switch with a remote function that can trigger table lights?

The software working on it has some basic settings like timers and the like, but you can also upload other software (Gets to be a bit of a tech rabbit hole but I use https://tasmota.github.io/docs/ on both the shelly and my smart plugs and it makes life easier)

Tasmota for mostly switches (you may be able to flash some of your devices to Tasmota)

I reflash light bulbs and smart plugs with Tasmota. See https://templates.blakadder.com/ for device compatibility. Your devices will no longer "phone home". Then they can be controlled with home assistant or another integration. Finding devices that can still be flashed with Tuya convert can be a pita though, the alternative is disassembling and reflashing with a serial connection.

Lastly, I should point out that there is an ongoing issue with the firmware 10.x that causes the board to become unstable after initializing the camera, so you might want to stick to firmware 9.5 for a little longer. Check the current status of this issue on Github¹.
