If you mean the liquify tool, yes, that works. Although, when I hover the mouse over 'Ok' it gets greyed out, so I just use the tab key and press space to confirm. I used this to do this just now and its working out of the box. Arch installation.

Is it possible to run Photoshop on Linux using Wine?
I used this to install Photoshop CC v21.0.2 and it works for me in Fedora.

Photoshop runs on Linux through wine there is a Photoshop installer for Linux on GitHub which automates the wine prefix setup . https://github.com/CSMarckitus/Photoshop there is also a similar installer for fusion 360
