Using a utility like Vieux. The iPad will need to be jailbroken and you'll need a Mac to run this script.

iPad mini 2 both 2.01 and 2.1 get stuck on exploiting device and the iPad just stays in dfu mode. Iâm using a hackintosh could that be why?

You can install iOS 6 on any iPhone 4S by using a special method. So these scalpers are taking iPhone 4S's, downgrading them to this older version, and selling them for a higher price as if they were rare.

However, if youâre ok with factory resetting your iPad, you can go to iOS 10 with LeetDown. Note that you sadly need a Mac to use it.

You can't downgrade to an unsigned version, but it just happens that iOS 10.3.3 is ota signed for iPhone 5S! You can use LeetDown to downgrade, to run it you need a mac.
