Realistically how much would you pay for a 2018 15" with double type keys.
I use Unshaky as it fixes the issue entirely on my 2016 13”. Maybe that could be mentioned to a possible buyer?

US MacBook owners have two months to claim up to $395 over butterfly keyboard
I have an M1 now and it is glorious but back when I had the MBA with the butterfly keys, someone pointed me to https://github.com/aahung/Unshaky and it helped eliminate 99% of the double-typing or ghost keys. You will have to tweak the ms until you find the right number that fits your typing speed but once you get it all setup, the butterfly keyboard will become much more tolerable.
Or.. you could just swap it for an M1. :)

In case you didn't know there's an app which did resolve most of the problems for me, when I had the MacBook with the butterfly keys: https://github.com/aahung/Unshaky

2020 Macbook Pro Keys Double Typing?
I believe there’s software for detecting and removing double typed letters. It was developed for people suffering the same issue on butterfly keys. Google for it. Here’s one app example.
