Tracker with streamers vods
1) If it's been hidden and not deleted from the Twitch servers you can use a tool such as TwitchRecover to grab the .m3u8 and save a hard copy that way. If it's been actually deleted there's no way to recover the stream link unless you've saved it locally.

Twitch Leecher is discontinued. I generally use TwitchDownloader or youtube-dl, they are decent.
