Flash Tasmota with pre configured settings?
TasmoAdmin is the way to go. It's for managing a large number of Tasmota devices. It can bulk update the Tasmota firmware, and also broadcast bulk commands via web requests. e.g.:
-
Tasmota devices move to new network

I changed WIFI settings, can I mass/bulk update all my Tasmotas ( 45 ) somehow?
I recommend TasmoAdmin. You would have to add each device, but after that you can broadcast commands to selected or all devices, and you can bulk update the firmware too. I use it daily to see if any devices are offline, and to switch on/off a device quickly.

Hrvach/Deskhop: Fast Desktop Switching Device
I make one that I put a lot of effort into documenting:
https://github.com/tiny-pilot/tinypilot
It's pretty easy to extend since it's just Python and vanilla HTML/JS/CSS, so there's not much of a toolchain to install.
You can buy it pre-made for $399 or make a DIY one for under $100.
