Shrink and center your task bar (including Start button) using DisplayFusion
Note this is a Pro feature so after 30 days you'll need a license, you can get Steam keys for about $15. If you also want to center your taskbar icons you can either use TaskBarX: https://github.com/ChrisAnd1998/TaskbarX or CenterTaskbar: https://github.com/mdhiggins/CenterTaskbar. Note both of these conflict with StartIsBack if you use that.
