One programmer's take on the Bethesda (Fo4 specifically) modding toolchains
That being said, the program is on GitHub under MIT license. A lot of functionality can be added via pascal scripts, and you can find tons of those on GitHub or the Nexus. I personally use .csv import-export and bulk renaming scripts all the time. Somebody made a JSON importer-exporter a while back, but it seemed to be more of a prototype when I tried it.

Valve Revises Steam Survey Results For December - Still Pointing Down For Linux
A lot of those will actually work in Wine/Proton, though configuring it is a pain in the ass. Vortex is supposedly getting close to native Linux support and that's a major one, in the meantime this script for Lutris seems to be recommended by the people working on Vortex. Apparently the one on Lutris itself uses an outdated version and is much jankier.

Witcher 3 extension "failed", game not detected
So to anyone wondering, I did as suggested here https://github.com/Nexus-Mods/Vortex/issues/10741 and deleted lines 10 and 41 of the iconbarAction.js (spyder worked for me to do the editing) and I can launch the game now. I haven't got stuck in with playing to see if there are any issues with my mods, but so far it's a big step as the game wouldn't even launch properly before.

i need help for fix this error from smapi, anyone knows what can i do?
Currently, the vortex installer for SMAPI does not work, and you will have to install smapi manually by going to https://smapi.io/, unpacking the download, and running the installer for your operating system. You can check on the progress of Vortex support for SMAPI installation here https://github.com/Nexus-Mods/Vortex/issues/10316
