Cheating Steam Achievements?
There's a Steam Achievement Manager you can use it lets you change which ones to be enabled/disabled
-
What games are ABSOLUTELY perfect for the SteamDeck?
Client achievements are most common. In this mode, achievements are handled client-side (i.e. by the game), offline. There is no check or anything done by the platform: the client sends a message saying "unlock X achievement on Y game" and platform says "sure". This is why you can use Steam Achievement Manager to unlock (and even relock) any client achievement of your choice without any consequences. Client achievements are basically "we don't care if anyone cheats, this is only for fun" achievements.

Simple Questions and General Discussion Thread
You could load an old save from right before you completed those quests and then complete them. You could make a new character and then type in the console command to complete those quests. Or you could use https://github.com/gibbed/SteamAchievementManager

Using Steam Rom Manager to add non steam games
And the fantastic Boilr
-
The worst part of the Steam Deck? Launchers.
For most of them, use Boilr. Sometimes it doesn’t work, or the launcher isn’t supported, then you gotta look up “How to add X launcher games to steam”.

Yet another Steam Deck settings guide (30fps)
I unfortunately haven't used steam rom manager before. I'll take a look into it if I get some spare time today and update this comment with how to do it. I use an app called BoilR to add my non-steam games and download artwork for them. You can read about it on it's GitHub page. It may be a bit more technical but I like it better since it adds the emulators rather than the games. This so I don't have my steam library filled with duplicates of my games between yuzu stable and yuzu-ea, if that makes sense.

How do I add artwork to a Non-Steam Remote Play game in my Steam library?
You could try BoilR, which is what I use to add non-Steam games to the Steam UI. If you supply a SteamGridDB API key then it will let you specify multiple types of images for each game.
-
I made a script to install all of your Non Steam Game Launchers on the Steam Deck (Epic,GOG, Battle.net,Origin and Ubisoft. Any help to get this on Decky Loader would be helpful as well as any help to add to this script to make it better.
This is not a trick question, I’m genuinely curious: why would I go for this solution rather than something like Heroic/Lutris + BoilR, which adds the individual games directly into Steam and bypasses the launchers?

Is there an easy way to add SteamGridDB art to Steam without having to download each image manually?
