SkiffOS
- Linux-factory: A framework used to create custom Linux Debian operating systems
- SkiffOS / Buildroot now support the Lichee RV Dock and Nezha Risc-V Boards
- How is Aarm64 support? I was considering building my own setup based on gentoo in a vm on my m1 MacBook air.
-
RISC-V Archlinux D1 LicheeRV image builder
Add to the list Buildroot and https://github.com/skiffos/skiffos/ !
- Odroid C4 running Linux 5.18.x and Debian Sid XFCE using SkiffOS
-
SkiffOS - minimal cross-compiled host OS for containers now supports Nezha RISC-V Board
Check out the /r/gentoo post about easily running Gentoo on the Nezha (1Ghz 1-core RISCV CPU) with SkiffOS - a cross-compiled distro leveraging the Buildroot OS compiler to produce identical behavior across many different types of devices. Screenshot

SkiffOS/Buildroot: Easily Run Gentoo on Raspberry Pi & Other SBCs
SkiffOS adds a configuration layering system to the Buildroot cross-compiler, which makes it easy to re-target applications to new hardware. Layers are merged together as specified in the SKIFF_CONFIG comma-separated environment variable.

Smallest physical device to act as Tailscale exit node?
I'm using it on a Raspberry Pi 4 with SkiffOS: https://github.com/skiffos/skiffos - which uses 140Mb memory and 0% CPU at idle w/ Docker running.

are there any ADMIN ui for wsl?
This isn't exactly what you're asking (to manage WSL2 distros) but you could do it with SkiffOS by running the apps/yacht configuration to get a UI for running / managing distros in Docker containers inside WSL2.

GenBerry, a gentoo usable images for raspberry pi
Hi, I'm running Gentoo on RPI with a small shim host OS built with Buildroot, so that the gentoo container is portable across all the ARM devices I use without needing to worry about firmware packages on each. Maybe that would be easier than worrying about putting the firmware in gentoo itself? See https://github.com/skiffos/skiffos

[Help] Installing on a Raspberry Pi 3B+ ?
I was doing the same thing, but I found the countless wikis, blogs, and repos to all be overly complex. Naturally, I made my own repo to do this (insert xkcd "standards" comic): https://github.com/dfrankland/nixos-rpi-sd-image

Non-interactive installation on Raspberry Pi?
Example: https://github.com/dfrankland/nixos-rpi-sd-image/blob/50bee6fe136daf5450323f154695348cb49de831/nixos-rpi-sd-image/sd-image-init.nix#L1
