A. You can check https://github.com/JovianX/Service-Hub It allows you to create self service for your infra that you can expose to internal teams l. B. You should probably post to https://www.reddit.com/r/platform_engineering/ as self-service is a common thread for Platform Engineering.

If it's the former you can use something like JovianX Service Hubservice Hub , if it's the latter you could use it with a combination of terraform.

I did find this PR which adds a much more detailed description of what to do, although some of it is a bit outdated.

What about https://github.com/procrastinate-org/procrastinate (postgresql task queue with transactions & stuff)
