Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Here's the classic. Pretty much everyone knows about LeetCode's platform nowadays, and for good reason. It's an expansive library of over 2500 questions grouped into topic-specific lists. I'd also recommend creating an account on here. The platform has a technical question base similar to LeetCode, and making an account saves your progress on the challenges. It's free to make an account, and pretty much all of the important features of the site are free.

If you can do most of the problems here, plus some more role-specific knowledge then you'll probably be good to go. Maybe something like system design, smart contracts.

Hackathon Reflections
The second focus of the day was technical challenges. These were all problems that somewhat reminded me of Advent of Code or even LeetCode's collection. They were all technical-related problems that required a strong understanding of algorithms and problem-solving.

It’s a tough spot to be in since you are already in the job. If you want to get better with the concepts, I recommend my mentees use https://exercism.org/ (there are other similar options, as well) and go through the Python track.
