Not OP but based on how this looks it is probably styleGAN. They took an image and combined it with a text prompt and an image dataset GAN to modify the image to a different style. So it's not exactly AI 'generated' images, it's more like images modified by an AI. Optionally can use guidance by a CLIP-like model, instead of using classifier-free guidance. "CLIP Guidance can increase the quality of your image the slightest bit [...]. [...] it slows down the generation time by around 5x."
