What’s the best IDE?
But, with the RubberduckVBA plugin, the editor certainly becomes very usable.
-
Code Review - Is this clean code?
I agree - it generally looks pretty clean in general. Do you use Rubberduck? If not, I'd run the Code Inspections - it will always find some best practices that you missed and you can tweak the output to your preference.

Eve Online fans cheer Microsoft Excel features at annual Fanfest
A lot of Runescape resource to XP / hours calculators. What they really need to do is replace VBA with a proper programming interface. Rubberduck VBA [1] Adds some essential features into the VBA IDE but they really just need to add C# support directly.

Certainly not me
Also if you are doing VBA go and take a look at https://rubberduckvba.com/
If anyone out there is unfortunate to have to be working with VBA in the VBE, please check out https://rubberduckvba.com/
I forgot. If you work with VBA look at this https://rubberduckvba.com/ It basically replaces the VBA dev environment with something that in many ways is better than VS Code.

[EXCEL] SQLite C/ADO VBA library with reflection
The SQLiteC subpackage uses custom compiled x32 and x64 SQLite binaries for Windows, with all extensions, including ICU, enabled (included in the repository). The SQLiteODBC driver is the other dependency (its bitness must match that of the used Excel version, and it must be installed on the target machine) used by the SQLiteADO subpackage. This project unit testing relies on the RubberDuck VBA framework. Because of early bindings, this add-in must also be installed (it does not require admin privileges).

Which evemon is the real evemon?
ESI has no future. See herehttps://github.com/esi/esi-issues

ESI Update - "GET character" now cached at 7 days instead of 1
A good line would be used to inform people beforehand. At least you could have updated the the changelog so anybody subscribing to it would have been notified: https://github.com/esi/esi-issues/blob/master/changelog.md
If that Discord is the partner Discord, please reconsider and resume long-established public channels like the 3rd Party Dev site or esi-issues, which also push notifications to people subscribed by various means.

Shutting Down for Good
Now some of this is one sided, I'll admit that. A CCP Developer responded to a request for the current (State of ESI)[https://github.com/esi/esi-issues/issues/1225] Post on the Github Issues board about 9 months ago and at that time they were doing some heavy overhauling to downstream dependencies of ESI that would allow them to move even more services on the ESI Platform (I think I have that right, I might actually have that backward, the direction of the deps, not the work), but nothing has been heard of them since then and that doesn't excuse them practically ignoring the community of developers in their customer base that have dedicated their time and additional funds to building services that make it easier for those customers to enjoy their game.
