Ideas for Scripts
I believe the Twins script does this, though it is quite old so it may need to be updated.

API Load Order
I'd suggest adding the 'API Heartbeat' script to have a visual indication when the sandbox crashes/stalls, and you may also be interested in something like this that gives you an indication when the sandbox is ready:

Problem with automatic turn order
There's a new bug that just popped up that prevents the API from properly setting the turn order. The GroupInit and CombatMaster scripts have fixes implemented (you'll have to manually install them or wait until they get updated through the one-click next Tuesday). And in the meantime if you have an active game you can use this scriptlet to update your Turn Order.

More Really Big Maps
If you haven't already, check out The Aaron's TurnMarker1 script for figuring out who goes next. It works great with the big map thing and has cut my time per round in half.

Token-Mod UDL issue
Yeah, figured it wasn't exactly what you needed, but might get you going in the right direction. On another note, the version of the Token-Mod installed from within Roll20 has had problems in other areas. While I don't know if lighting also had issues, it might make your life easier to grab the version from GitHub and also reference the discussions with the author of the script in this thread.

Need a new combat tracking API
Statusfx can add cool effects when a token is effected. It should also help with your ability to see tokens effected by statuses on a larger map. Caution it could cause slow down if there's a lot going at once.

Improved the Stylesheet for TurnMarker1 API
Yes, OP, please share your code changes! I'm guessing you simply updated lines 435-448 in the original code?
