Stick with a language you know. Discord libraries are available for many of the most popular programming languages, including C# and JavaScript.

Closest you can get is hacking around the discord rich presence module. And/or trying to add some discord reactive images ontop, a-la twitch streamer, though my knowledge on that is fuzzy.
