How do you keep recipes? Is there an app?
so, so late, I always use and recommend recipesage.com, it's just a webpage someone made and maintains, you can bookmark it, use it as an app, at least in android and it's wonderful.

Found in kitchen of an East Coast US home. Sits flush against the bottom of cabinet when stowed, pulls down to position in the photos.
There's a nice free open source recipe sharing app/website called Recipe Sage that works well for that. From what I can tell it was designed by a guy that just wanted to doo what you're talking about and decided to just release it for anyone else to use.

Can we all take a moment to thank recipe sites for starting to put, "Jump To Recipe," buttons at the top of their pages?
Check out Recipe Sage. You can paste a recipe URL in and get the recipe pulled out of those long articles. It also allows you to store your favorite recipes.

Has anyone found any cool PWA apps for Chromebooks.
I use RecipeSage and ClipChamp, which are both available as PWAs.

Prismic.io is increasing our price by *1900%* over Christmas
I using Directus CMS on several projects with pretty complicated flows, api extensions etc. probably there will be some work if you move. I liked Directus is because it's standard SQL I can always move my DB and documents to another solution. I don't use their hosted solution but they have an unlimited offering for $100 / month.

Looking for a (primarily) WYSIWYG platform to build a MySQL interface.
Have you looked at Directus? I’m not sure exactly what your needs are (sorry if I’ve misunderstood). I used it for my most recent project as the backend for data entry/queries/administration. It supports MySQL, but admins don’t need to know anything about SQL to do complex queries/filters/CSV exports from the Directus UI.

Why Is the Django Admin "Ugly"?
It depends on your skillsets, but I'd highly recommend https://directus.io/ especially if you need "slickness" to raise money otherwise try a pyhat stack if you hate javascript.
