Tried using RPiPlay on Pi 3B+, Avahi issues
After following all the instruction on the RPiPlay github, I seem to have been able to build RPiPlay on my Pi. This is what I did:

I would be a dream if PiKVM can implement an AirPlay mirroring server like https://github.com/FD-/RPiPlay.

There are a few dockers that seem to be able to do what you want. Music streaming that handles weird files and playlists
Check out OwnTone former daap, https://github.com/owntone/owntone-server it simply browses the dir, can play playlists but will do just folder(s) play too. As a bonus it can airplay/cast.
